After moving to the Long Beach area over seven years ago from the Northwest, Tim embraced the climate and location and began a life full of adventure. Enjoying everything from surfing at the beach to rock climbing hundreds of feet in the mountains and just about anything in between.  This type of lifestyle and environment gave way for his photographic mind to develop, always trying to capture and document this beautiful world in which we live.  This is how Some Things Creative was born.  Out of a simple passion for Adventure and Life he decided to combine his photography and love for the outdoors and help bring those experiences and images to others.  Some Things Creative helps show people just how much fun there is to be had and how easy it is to do! With a professional medical background as an X-ray Technologist, Tim is able to put to use this unique perspective in portraying both people and nature.  He primarily uses 35mm film to shoot his subjects in black and white but finds joy in the enrichment of color.  Whether its working as an X-Ray tech, taking family photographs, rock climbing or simply enjoying a sunset, Tim enjoys all that life has to offer and you will probably find him smiling about it too!
